Production Permit Renewals
The Victoria County Groundwater Conservation District provides for the renewal of groundwater production permits under Rules 4.4, 4.41, and 4.4.2 of the rules of the district. The rules specify that the well owner, the authorized agent, or the authorized operator of a permit shall submit an application requesting the renewal of the permit at least ninety days (90 days) prior to the permit expiration date.

Application to renew a permit can be submitted by:
- completing an electronic application using the ELECTRONIC APPLICATION TO RENEW A PERMIT (recommended);
- emailing a scanned hard-copy of the completed application to admin@vcgcd.org;
- mailing a hard-copy of the complete report to VCGCD, P.O. Box 69, Victoria, Texas 77902; or
- delivering a hard-copy of the complete report to the District at consolidated offices of Calhoun County GCD, Refugio GCD, Texana GCD, and Victoria County GCD at 1501 E. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 103, Victoria, Texas.

Water well owners are encouraged to retain a copy of permitting applications submitted to the District for their own records.
