The consolidated offices of the Calhoun County Groundwater Conservation District, the Refugio Groundwater Conservation District, the Texana Groundwater Conservation District, and the Victoria County Groundwater Conservation District will be closed on the following dates which coincide with the County of Victoria Holiday Schedule:
