On July 18, 2025, the Board of Directors authorized the engagement of WSP USA to assist with the District's assessment of the water quality near Serene Drive, Victoria, Texas.

On April 10, 2026, the Board of Directors accepted the technical memorandum submitted by WSP USA documenting the assessment of the water quality near Serene Drive.
