The Victoria County Groundwater Conservation District announces a request for qualifications to audit the financial records of the District in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations based on generally accepted government auditing standards and Texas Administrative Code.

Experience auditing groundwater conservation districts with responsibilities and duties associated with Chapter 36 of the Texas Water Code is preferred but not mandatory.  Auditing services are to commence after the close of the District's fiscal year ending September 30, 2025.  The governing body of the District will review the services provided and associated agreement on an annual basis. The agreement may be renewed annually.
