Purpose for Developing District Programs
The District will develop comprehensive programs to ensure that the District's goals and objects, as outlined in the District's Management Plan, are achieved. The programs will consisted of a documented plan that includes program goals and objectives, performance standards, standard procedures, as well as performance evaluation and reporting.
District staff will use the documented programs during the operation of the District. This approach will enable the staff to provide consistent, focused results on an ongoing basis.
